Dark cocoa melting wafers are easy to use for molding and dipping confections. Ready to melt and do not require tempering.

Its hot out there! Please note a complimentary insulated shipping box will be included for orders of 20 pounds or more of qualifying chocolates when the shipping temperature exceeds the minimum melting point.

Melting Temperature 80°F


Ingredients: Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa Powder processes with Alkali, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Whey Powder (Milk), Salt.
