Typically Used in: Candy Molds, Truffles, Trail Mixes, and snacking.


Product Highlight: All natural 92F Melt Temp(like chocolate) Melting Wafers for confectionery coatings, molded shapes, enrobing, and panning.  Most melting wafers have a 102F melt temp which tastes good but does not melt in the mouth.
