Q: How do I begin?

A: If this is your first time ordering with us, add items to the cart and when ready to order click the cart. Next enter billing and shipping addresses, select ship method and payment.


Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: There is NO minimum order! We will ship out anything from a 1lb bag of California Almonds to a truck load of assorted products. Any quantity you need we will provide!


Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, ACH, Bank Wire, Money Order, and Check.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship everywhere in the U.S.! (different rates may apply to certain areas). For more information about International shipping including Canada (using a freight forwarder), please click Here.


Q: How much does shipping cost?

A:  Orders over $75.00 shipped to most locations in the United States can ship for a flat rate $5.00 fee no matter how big or small.  Orders over $1000 ship for FREE to most locations in the United States!

Q: How does my order get shipped?

A: Depending upon the size, orders are shipped either UPS Ground,  USPS Priority Mail, or delivered by Truck. Orders that are shipped by $5.00 Super Saver Shipping are shipped by either of the above. Orders can be shipped by your preference of a carrier but certain additional rates may apply.


Q: How long are transit times?

A: All transit times are counted by business days (Monday through Friday) and generally take between 2 to 5 business days. If in need of expedited shipping, we do offer 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day shipping (additional rates may apply). For special requests please contact customer service.


Q: There is a heat sensitive item in my shopping cart. How does that effect shipping?

A: A good amount of chocolates are heat sensitive  that have melting temperatures starting at 70F and 80F. Most shipments during the cooler months should be unaffected by the heat but as temperatures arise products may be unable to ship. We do offer Insulated Boxes in which protect heat sensitive items. Please consider your location and the time of year when ordering chocolates, you may require an insulated box!


Q: Can I ship to a Military or Diplomatic base?

A: We are able to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO mailing addresses via USPS. For more detailed information please click Here.
