White coating bars of creamy yogurt coating for molding or coating confections. Case has five bars of white confectionery coating with approximately ten pounds in each bar.

Melting Temperature 80°F


Ingredients: Sugar, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Nonfat Milk Powder, Yogurt Powder (Cultured Whey, Nonfat Milk), Artificial Color (Titanium Dioxide), Lactic Acid, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Vanillin (Artificial Flavor).
