Ingredients: Flax, Millet, Buckwheat (Gluten Free Seed), Quinoa, Amaranth, Sesame, and Sunflower. 

Easy to Use: For a raw cereal, soak overnight with 1 part cereal and 2 parts water. Dried fruit and cinnamon may be added if desired. Can also be ground into flour for a multi grain flour mix to make baked goods with a variety of grains.
