Ingredients: Rolled Barley, Rolled Oats, Rye, Millet, Brown Flax, Hulled Buckwheat, Brown Sesame, Wheat Bran.
Easy to Use: Preparation: l cup cereal to 2 cups water. Bring to a boil then reduce to low, cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Dried fruit and cinnamon may be added if desired. Can also be ground into flour for a 8 grain flour mix to make baked goods with a variety of grains.
Origin: This Cereal was originally designed by the well know Canadian health author John H Tobe so he could promote it to his followers in his Provoker Magazine. We starting shipping this cereal to his reader's in the 1970's.
