8 Grain Cereal Tobes 3V

Ingredients: Rolled Oats, Barley, Millet, Rye (wheat), Flax Brown, Buckwheat Groats, Sesame Brown, and Wheat Bran. 

Easy to Use: For a raw cereal, soak overnight with 1 part cereal and 2 parts water. Dried fruit and cinnamon may be added if desired. Can also be ground into flour for a 8 grain flour mix to make baked goods with a variety of grains.
