8 Grain Cereal Tobes 3V

Ingredients: Rolled Barley(wheat), Rolled Oats, Rye(wheat), Millet, Brown Flax, Hulled Buckwheat, Brown Sesame, Wheat Bran.

Easy to Use: Preparation:  l cup cereal to 2 cups water.  Bring to a boil then reduce to low, cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Dried fruit and cinnamon may be added if desired. Can also be ground into flour for a 8 grain flour mix to make baked goods with a variety of grains.
