Ingredients: Rolled Oats, Barley, Millet, Rye, Brown Flax, Sunflower Seeds, Brown Sesame, Buckwheat Groats, Corn Meal, Wheat Bran, Rice Flour, and Sorghum Flour.
Easy to Use: For a raw cereal, soak overnight with 1 part cereal and 2 parts water. Dried fruit and cinnamon may be added if desired. Can also be ground into flour for a 12 grain flour mix to make baked goods with a variety of grains.
