Ingredients: Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Nonfat Dry Milk, Milk, Soy Lecithin an emulsifier, Salt.


Typically Used in: Candy Molds, Truffles, Trail Mixes, and snacking.


Product Highlight: All natural 92F Melt Temp(like chocolate) Melting Wafers for confectionery coatings, molded shapes, enrobing, and panning.  Unlike many wafers with a waxy texture from cheaper fats, our melting wafers melt at 92°F for a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth taste.
