Annatto Seed Whole
All natural Brilliant Red Annatto Seeds. Prized for its naturally Reddish hue and primarily used to infuse natural color into recipes. Unlike Annatto Powder, Whole Annatto Seeds can be used to be freshly ground, ground into Annatto Paste, or often used whole to infuse its color and flavor into oils and other liquids. Besides the Brilliant color, Annatto has a very subtle Earthy flavor and is often seen in Latin-American food dishes.
