Ingredients: Sea Salt, Tricalcium Phosphate less than 2 percent (flowability).

Sizing: 150 to 250 Mesh. Size is extra fine like flour.

Product Highlight: Flour Salt is an extra fine granule that works well to salt nuts and snacks, since it will 'stick' to product better than a granular salt will. Also ideal for mixing with flour and powders, since it blends easily. It will dissolve in water quicker due to the small particle size. This salt does not contain iodine, a necessary nutrient.
