Product Highlight: Extra Large Blanched Runners. Runners are uniform in size making them great for consistent and even roasting. A very common peanut making up over 80% of the peanut crop. Blanched Peanuts are much easier to work with vs peanuts with skin on. Raw Blanched Peanuts are the most common peanut used in making Peanut Butter. 

Roast peanuts on a sheet pan in a single layer, in a preheated oven at 325° for about 6-8 minutes, stiring every 3 minutes.
