Unforeseen Delays - We can not assume responsibility of any unforeseen events in which can cause a shipment to be delayed by a carrier except for guaranteed services (Expedited Shipping). The carriers we use are extremely dependable but rare circumstances such as extreme weather can cause shipment delays.
Inaccurate Shipping Address - We assume all shipping information entered by the customer is accurate and up to date. We can not assume responsibility of any packages being delivered to wrong addresses due to inaccurate information entered by the customer. Please double check Shipping Address for orders, especially if you use multiple addresses for Delivery and Billing. Customer service will notify customers of any orders in which addresses are undetermined by shipping software.
Customer service is able to redirect packages that have been delivered or in route to wrong addresses. Additional rates and longer ETA will apply.
Shipment Damages - On rare occasions, packages could arrive in damaged state. If damage results in loss of product, please email Customer Service with order reference and pictures of damaged shipment. Always document the damage if signing for packages. Please do not discard of the package, sometimes carriers may perform an investigation of the package handling.
Heat Sensitive Items - We carry Heat Sensitve Items (chocolates, yogurt, etc..) in which shipping destination temperatures may exceed the melting temperature of the product. Orders may be held up in order to ship out on a planned schedule so that Heat Sensitive Items will not melt during transit. Please see our Heat Sensitive Items page for more details.
